The Steward Group LLC, doing business as The Steward Group, provides residential renovation services — full home remodels, market-ready renovations, and vacant property restoration — across the Memphis metro — Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties in Tennessee, and DeSoto, Marshall, Tate and Tunica counties in Mississippi.
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address or postal code, and anything you tell us through a form, our chat, our phone line, or a text message.
Information collected automatically: standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page.
We send text messages only with your consent — for example, when you provide your number through our chat and agree to be contacted, or when you text us first. Messages relate to your enquiry, scheduling, reminders and project updates.

We provide residential renovation and restoration services. Any cost range, timeline or figure shown on this site is general guidance only. Actual scope, price and schedule depend on an inspection of the property and are set out in a written proposal. Submitting a form or speaking with us does not create a contract; work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Walkthroughs and scope visits are scheduled by agreement and are provided at no charge. Payment terms for any work performed are set out in the signed proposal for that project.
We do not build new homes and we do not take on room additions. We may decline work that falls outside our service area or our trades.
This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
